Event description

Description

The Women in Social Housing London Region is delighted to invite you to a WISH Networking Event on Thursday 5th October 2017 at Winkworth Sherwood LLP Offices in London.

Session outline

Behavioural Insights is at last attracting attention across Social Housing. The methodology has been applied across governments, public and private businesses for several years now and has now been shown to be effective at achieving behaviour change within the Social Housing industry.

This session will:

  • Introduce the methodology
  • Explore proof points
  • Debate application
  • Share a commonly used design framework

Our speaker, Anna O’Halloran, MD from Just Housing Group, is one of a handful of people within Social Housing who have successfully worked with providers to create behaviour change leading to:

  • Arrears reduction
  • Increased customer engagement
  • Successful channel shift
  • Quicker compliance
  • Workforce issue resolution – including how to influence the behaviour of colleagues.
