This course is designed to help organisations understand and manage the impact of human behavior on safety by highlighting the importance of behavioral safety in the workplace and providing strategies to improve safety culture, with the ultimate aim of reducing accidents and injuries by addressing the root causes of unsafe actions - often linked to attitudes, perceptions and decision-making.
