As a part of this weekend's Wellness Weekender at Victoria Leeds we will be hosting a series of 1-2-1 sessions with Wellness experts.
This activity is with Anna Shears.
At the start of the session you will receive a guided worksheet designed to help you quickly spot where your energy is being stretched too thin, or where something important is being overlooked. It's 6 questions and will only take a few minutes to fill in.
Together, we will use powerful coaching questions and positive psychology techniques to explore one area that you feel is most in need of attention. You will identify a small, realistic shift that could move you just one point closer to feeling more fulfilled and choose a clear timeframe to act on it.
By the end of the session, you will walk away with:
- Greater clarity about what’s working and what’s not.
- A personalised insight into what is quietly draining you or is disconnected.
- One simple, self-directed commitment that supports your wellbeing and focus.
- A renewed sense of possibility that is grounded in action, not overwhelm.
It is a quick but powerful reframe. And is designed to help you reconnect with what matters most.
Disclaimer:
This session is a coaching conversation, not therapy or a substitute for clinical support. It’s designed to help you reflect, explore possibilities, and take practical steps forward. If you're currently in crisis or need mental health support, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
