Behind the Scenes with Lyon & Turnbull

Join us for an exclusive, behind the scenes, preview of fine art auctioneers Lyon & Turnbull's autumn sale; the contents of Kirkton House. A remarkable collection focused on the art and design of the late 19th and early 20th centuries including beautiful examples of Gothic Revival, Aestheticism and Arts & crafts works of art presented alongside a collection of British art.

This private event, for University of Glasgow alumni and guests, will be hosted by Charlotte Riordan, fellow UofG graduate and Lyon and Turnbull's Associate Director, Head of Contemporary Art. Only 25 places are available so don't miss out!

Guests will enjoy a talk and tour of the collection from John Mackie, Head of Decorative Arts and Carly Shearer, Painting Specialist at Lyon & Turnbull. Following the tour, guests are invited to join us for a glass of wine and some nibbles in the gallery.
