Travel and Location

The event will be held at the Coin Street Conference Centre, 108 Stamford Steet, London, SE1 9NH. A detailed floor plan for the entire Centre and contact details can be viewed here

The Centre is 5 minutes walk from Waterloo station, a main-line train station as well as the Bakerloo, Jubilee and Northern underground lines.

By car: Whilst we encourage travel by public transport, there is secure underground car parking adjacent to the centre. Disabled parking spaces are available with direct access to the lower ground floor.

The Conference Centre

When entering the building, please use the lifts or the stairs on the left to access the lower ground floor. As you enter the lower ground floor - from the lift turn left, from the stairs turn right to find the event reception desk.

Please sign-in at the event reception table. The event will be hosted in the South Bank Rooms which offer an induction loop facility. There is step-free access to the South Bank Rooms and the toilet facilities.

The tables in the South Bank rooms will be arranged in a cabaret style facing the stage.

Access to quiet room which can be used for breastfeeding or prayer can be provided (South Bank Room 3).

Please email inclusion@ciob.org.uk with any mobility access needs, and we will liaise with the Coin Street Conference Team to ensure appropriate emergency evacuation preparations are in place.

Networking

Should the weather be kind to us, we will make use of the level access roof terrace that can be accessed by the stairs or by a single lift.
