Oli is an employment law and HR partner at AfterAthena and head of Napthens’ East Lancashire office. Highly-experienced in employment law and HR issues, Oli possesses an astute commercial awareness and a determination to achieve his clients' objectives and deliver solutions, making him a valuable business adviser.

Oli acts for businesses of all sizes and across all sectors; from the small owner-managed business through to large PLCs, education establishments and charities.

He advises on all aspects of HR and employment law, ranging from all levels of employment contracts, with or without restrictions, through to dismissal and discrimination matters.

Over the last 15 years she has operated at HRD level, frequently transforming HR functions following a significant change or period of growth, to a position where it’s driving the people focused in the business

HR Consultant Team Lead

Emma leads the HR Consultancy team at AfterAthena, supporting the delivery of HR training, planning, project support and an onsite HR provision for clients.

She is one of a dedicated team of specialists working alongside the firm’s wider employment & HR team.

Emma has more than 18 years’ HR experience, both as a consultant and working in-house, and has a

particular specialism in complex employee relation matters, including TUPE.
