Being An Engaging Manager is the second module in the Managing Others series. It focus specifically on how you work with and engage with others to build productive relationships and seeks to add to your existing toolkit by:

  • deepening your understanding of how your leadership style impacts on working with others

  • understanding interactions and dynamics with other people in order to promote high engagement

  • being clear what effective communication looks like and the impact this has on your role in building productive relationships
