Do you have perfectionist tendencies?
Do you have the belief that as mothers we have to get it right all the time?
Do you frequently feel guilty because you you are not doing enough or losing your patience ?
A good enough mother frequently fails to do a perfect job. She can be unsympathetic, insensitive, or lack warmth because she is tired, depressed, or simply busy with the balance of taking care of herself, her job, as well as her family. But her strength is in her capacity to re-right mistakes, to re-establish the swing of a mutual loving relationship, and, especially, to talk about her experience and introduce words that help her children understand their own feelings and behaviour.
“Real mothers are the best kind of mothers (and the only kind!). It takes an imperfect mother to raise a child well.”
Come along to learn and discuss; Why it is so important that you are not so hard on yourself, why children don’t need perfect mothers and good enough is actually enough, why taking care of your own needs really helps you and your family.
In this group you will be joining other like- minded ladies on a journey of personal discovery where the focus and discussions will be all about YOU. Simply put, the greatest gift any mother can give her child is to be happy and fulfilled as we all know children learn not from what they are told but what they see.
I hope to see you there!
