She teaches cutting edge psychological skills in a down to earth and accessible manner to help others ride the waves and journey through this transitional phase of midlife. She has over 20 years of professional knowledge from the world of clinical psychology and believes that peri/menopause holds the potential to connect with deeper layers of wisdom to help guide us through a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
