Being The Light: An Interfaith Gathering
Overview
Bristol Inter Faith Group invites you to an afternoon overflowing with warmth, connection, and hope at “Being the Light: An Interfaith Gathering.”
As the days get a little longer, and light starts to return to the sky, we invite people of every tradition, belief, and background to come together and shine the light of insight on what unites us. In a world often marked by division, this event shines as a joyful reminder that each of us carries a spark capable of brightening our communities and lifting one another.
Throughout the afternoon we will share reflections and conversation on what it means to be a source of light—through compassion, courage, curiosity, generosity, and understanding. Together, we’ll explore how our diverse spiritual paths can illuminate shared values and inspire meaningful action.
Guests can look forward to moments of reflection, opportunities for conversation, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere designed to foster genuine connection. Whether you draw your light from prayer, meditation, community, or simple acts of kindness, your presence will add a unique glow to this beautiful tapestry of traditions.
Join us as we celebrate the brilliance of our differences, the harmony of our common hopes, and the collective light we can shine when we gather as one.
Hot drinks, cake and snacks will be provided.
