Summary:

How to connect with your authentic self and present this to others

This training session will show you how to access an optimum state so you can shift your mindset, connect with yourself and communicate authentically with confidence.

Content

  • Frameworks for recognising and understanding limiting and resourceful states
  • Tools to be present so you can build awareness and connect with yourself
  • A process to explore and identify your skills and capabilities, values, beliefs and personal mission so you have a clear understanding of what is most important to you
  • Practical tools that will show you how to build confidence and belief in yourself
  • Learning how to use your body, voice and language to deliver your message with impact and clarity
  • Practicing how to communicate confidently so you can share your authentic self with others 

Outcomes:

  • Building awareness of how you are thinking, feeling and responding to the world so you can enhance your flexibility and strengthen your resources
  • Ability to connect with yourself and communicate with others
  • An action plan on how you can take these learnings forward

Facilitator

IVida Carmel is an Executive Coach, Trainer, Facilitator and Speaker with over 10 years’ experience supporting people to think differently and positively change lives. She enables people to build connection and balance in order to create a healthy and sustainable future for themselves, others and the world. 

Vida has been working in this capacity with professionals up to Director level at the NHS for the past 6 years. She also works with people in the private sector across telecommunications, creative, arts, finance and engineering industries as well as the public and non-profit sectors. 

Before starting her private practice in 2019 she was Head of Wellbeing for LEON Restaurants. Prior to this Vida worked as a Coach for a charity, delivering rehabilitation programmes in prisons across the UK.
