This unique second night of Belfast Alternative Fashion Week makes it's debut in the iconic Europa Hotel on Wednesday 16th November 2016
A plethora of outstanding body art from the world award winning London based Body Artist Victoria Gugenheim who's achievements include: Guardians of the Galaxy, Stylo International for London Fashion Week, Crossfaith for Sony, The Red Paintings, PRIDE, Alice Cooper's Halloween Night of Fear, Cirque Le Soir, Cyberdog, Futurelovers, World Bodypainting Festival, Nokia, London Olympic Party will be decorating in paint the skin of models such as the very popular Sebastian Pawlik and "Grey is the Way" Pioneer Leading Lady Denise O'Neill followed by the great tatooed beards of wisdom from Pip the gentleman Pipkins and Garry Jackson Srsb. The handsome Gordon Flynn is making his journey back from London to his home soil especially for this new movement in fashion to rock the catwalk . Intermingled with stunning ink art heavily tattooed male and female ACE models will adorn the catwalk in this first ever skin art bonanza fusion.
Featuring Northern Ireland's highly popular female body builder turned heavily tattooed model who is also THEE FACE of ACE Heather Mclean and welcoming all the way from Germany the heavily tattooed muscle bound hulk Mr. Leon Krieft AKA Lèon World these two together will make your knees wobble.Our special guest appearance will be the Icon of Strength Stacy Paris who will strut her stuff as the first ever double amputee in europe to walk the catwalk on two prosthetic legs she had made as a result of a flesh eating disease.
This show is sure to inspire and impress the die hards, the curious and the inbetweeners. More heavily tattooed models petite and plus sized such asTorii Wilson & Miss Manda Panda as well as standard sized like the stunningMaxime Parker with Michal Przybyla Photo Model both from County Cork are coming to stand beside the cities locals to flaunt the flesh. Mature Tattoed beauties like Diane Baker will prove age and ink are extremely compatable and alluring , like having a drink of fine wine on a bed of silk.
Breathtaking works of Art featuring Northern Ireland's highly acclaimed Alan Quigley, Neville Longmore and Victor Nesterovic will be on display at the event. Fashion Designs will be led by Nina Lauren Couture and Tribal Queen Hair Design.
Choreographed by Joan Mccartney and Ray Noble members of the organisation WE CANCERVIVE will make their very special appearance bringing unforgettable awareness that early diagnosis really does work and should be priority one in healthcare treatment. Blowing the lid off remaining tabboos and restrictions most cancer awareness events are under these guys will inspire you to take action and get your early diagnosis addressed.
A belter soundtrack is set to point your ears up in the air as we will step into more alternative and rock territory with the guidance of musical director Artist/Musician/Singer Songwriter Kieran Sherry.
Hair will be taken care of by Northern Irelands one and only Paul Meekin Hair Academy who only a few weeks ago made public due to a confidentiality clause being lifted he had just completed doing the Hair for the Game of Thrones and is now the New Face of Revlon. Make up will be taken care of by the widely known and highly respected amazing talent ofJulia Clements and her team. Due to a phenomenal rise in the popularity of mens Barbers which seems to work very well in tandem with wearing tattoos a pop up Barbers shop will be there on the night led by Garry Jackson Srsb of Garrys Barber Shop in Holywood alongside Dee Graham Tailor Made Suits and amazing beard products from Urban Tonic will be on display.
A Tattoo instillation featuring Top Tattoo Artists will also be happening as the catwalk comes to life featuring Peppe Galla ADHD Tattoos, Linda Cesare ADHD Tattoo,John Rainey Tattoos by Snoopy, Brian Tipping Eye Candy Tattoo Studio Stevie Badger Cusicks Tattoos and Christine Lynn of Blue Sphynx Tattoo.
Belfast Alternative Fashion Week is a celebration designed to shine a big bright light all over the richly diverse and alternative talent in society by bringing it to a live audience in acknowledgement of it's undying, enduring and creative life force which affects everything from past present and future fashion trends both alternatively and commercially orientated. Combined with a strong musical element it's main aim is to entertain the public by highlighting it's fascinating multi layered attractions bringing the world a new kind of experience for an evening or a night out that can be enjoyed fully leaving a positive landmark memory in your life.
