The Belfast Anime Pub Quiz is your chance to shine, meet fellow fans, and enjoy a night dedicated to the entire spectrum of anime, from legendary classics to the hottest new hits! No single series focus here; we’re diving into everything from the '80s to today!

📆 When: Wednesday, Sept 25th, 2024. Doors open at 7:00 PM, quiz starts at 7:30 PM.📍 Where: The Bot, Malone Road, Belfast.
🎟️ Tickets: Early Bird, Team, and Normal tickets available—we sell out every time, so book fast!
👥 Teams: Maximum 6 people per team. Got a big group? Maximum 6 team members can win a prize, so split up if you don't want someone left out!🔞
Age: 18+ (It’s a pub night—bring ID!).
🔥 IMPORTANT: We’ve moved to a bigger venue because EVERY SINGLE QUIZ has sold out! Pre-purchase your tickets, no door sales! Make sure your whole team gets tickets in one go so no one misses out!

The quiz night is on Thursday, 25th Sept 2025, starting at 7:30 PM. We're hosting it at the Botanic Inn, located at 236-238 Malone Road, Belfast, BT9 5LH.
We’re covering ALL major anime eras and ALL catagories! From the 1980s classics like Akira and Dragon Ball to the latest hits like Spy x Family and Jujutsu Kaisen. Expect questions on TV shows and movies across the '80s, '90s, 2000s, 2010s, and 2020s!
We have over £500 worth of anime prizes! ? Each member of the 1st and 2nd place teams (up to six members per team) gets to pick a prize from our Anime Prize Table, packed with anime merch, collectibles, and themed goodies! ?✨ And don’t forget our raffle, giving everyone a chance to win! ?️?
Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event. Each ticket gives you a chance to win one of several fabulous prizes from our prize pool. The more tickets you buy, the better your chances of winning—so bring some extra quid!
You can come alone or in a group. If you don’t have a team, we’ll try to help you join one on the night.
Yes, the event is for adults 18 and older since it's held in a pub setting. Please bring ID to ensure entry.
You can request a refund up to 7 days before the event via Eventbrite. The Eventbrite fee is nonrefundable, so please consider your purchase carefully.
