Belfast Property Meet
Thu 3 November 2016, 18:30 – 21:00 GMT
Belfast Property Meet is completely FREE for first timers! So if this is going to be your first event, don't worry, you'll be refunded at the door!
Belfast Property Meet is Northern Ireland's longest running educational and networking event for individuals interested in property investment. It is hosted by Mary and Chris Selwood and you are warmly invited to our next event on Thursday 3rd November. Our events take place in the heart of Belfast's Cathedral Quarter at The Mac.
We are run by Northern Ireland investors and we want to help investment in Northern Ireland. We believe that there has never been a better time to invest in property and with properties still at reasonable prices it’s time to take advantage before prices start to rise. We are committed to helping you invest your hard earned cash here in Northern Ireland, by sharing the strategies that actually work.
Our guest speaker this month will be Joe Dolan, an native of County Roscommon, now living in London. Joe is a serial property investor, an entrepreneur and serial business owner.
Joe has been investing in UK property for over 20 years having built up a significant portfolio both in Newcastle and London. Having purchased over 90% of his portfolio through auctions he will take you through the process from start to finish focusing on the key aspects of purchasing through auctions.
Joe will teach you what to look out for in viewings, how to deal with auctioneers, solicitors and surveyors ahead of the auction, how you will know when your lot has reached its reserve price, when to start bidding, give bidding tips, where to stand in the auction room for best results and review all your financial requirements within this strategy.
At the property meet we like to encourage an inclusive and supportive environment. If you have a business which is related to the property industry you are more than welcome to have two minutes of everybody’s time and introduce yourself and your business.
