Weekly belly dancing class for pregnant women, with gentle movements. Dancing is great for the body and mind throughout life for so many reasons, but it's really special during pregnancy and birth. Using upright positions lets gravity do the work in labour. These sessions will help to tone our bodies and prepare our minds for the journey ahead.
Women who are not pregnant are welcome as well, and the class is also suitable for women who have just had babies, who carry them in a sling or wrap. The babies love it too!
