Bellydance Classes for Beginners

This 6 week course is for ambitious beginners who would like to master the basic techniques of the art of bellydance and confidently move to the next level.
1. Basic bellydance knowledge that every bellydancer should know
2. Basic bellydance techniques
3. Foundation and concepts of bellydance moves including: lifts and drops, slides, twists,circles, squares,figure 8's, undulations and shimmies
4. Practice of numerous drills with different body parts
5. Basic steps and combinations to basic rhythms
This course is very technical and structural. It provides a strong foundation for further studying of bellydance.
