From Helene’s talk you’ll find out how your personal bubble impacts your life and how you interact with others. You’ll be inspired to burst your own bubble and seek new experiences outside of it.

Discussing: Uniting people around the world
Martin will be talking about founding charity Postcards For Peace, and how it has changed his views on the world and it’s people. Hear about how Martin has built connections between people around the world to show that there can be unity in diversity
Discussing: Building intimate networks through menus of food and conversation
Natalie and Sophia will talk about breaking down the barriers of small talk. An experiment in “speed friendships”, their monthly event Manner invites small groups of random people to participate in an evening of food and conversation. In a world where real, simple human connection is becoming increasingly elusive, this is where the networks of the future should begin.
Discussing: Self-expression through creativity
Vanessa will be talking about the art of performance, and the importance of creativity for discovering who we are. You’ll be inspired to express yourself and connect with others through art, and start looking at the world from a colourful, creative perspective.
Discussing: How to belong anywhere
Drawing on 20 years of meditation, yoga and creative leadership, Jo will be discussing how cultivating an awareness, connection and acceptance of our somatic experience can allow us to find a sense of belonging in every situation life has to offer.
