Bembridge Fort History Walk - 2 miles
Great opportunity to visit and walk around and through Bembridge Fort Trust's unique Palmerston era Bembridge Fort on Culver Down with historian's Tim Wander and Ash Webb. Visit power magazine, officer quarters, caponiers, WW2 radar rooms and now including a visit to the dry ditch and around the terreplein with incredible 360 degree Island views.

Pace of Walk: Gentle - This walk will follow a gentle pace.
Walk grade: Fairly Easy - Gentle, rolling landscape, walking on paths with good to average surfaces. Some walking on gentle inclines, some stiles or steps to be expected en route. NB The walk and tour does include two sets of some 30 steps with hand rails.
Mobility level: Suitable for a person with sufficient mobility to climb a flight of steps but would benefit from fixtures and fittings to aid balance.
