Overview

Join the Dental Aid Network for an inspiring weekend that combines fitness, fun, and fundraising!

We’ll be hiking Ben Nevis, the UK’s highest mountain, to raise funds for our upcoming dental aid trips — supporting communities most in need of dental care.

This event is designed for dentists and dental professionals to unwind, reconnect with nature, and network with colleagues in a relaxed and uplifting setting.

Participants will receive an email to join a team fundraising page — with a fun challenge to each raise £1,000 for Dental Aid Network!

Accommodation Options

Option 1: Full Experience Ticket

Includes:

• 2-night hostel stay (check-in 2nd May after 4pm, check-out 4th May 10am after breakfast)
• Guided Ben Nevis hike

• Breakfast, dinner and light refreshments

Option 2: Hike-Only Ticket

Includes:

• Guided Ben Nevis hike (3rd May)
• No accommodation or meals included

Weekend Schedule

Friday 2nd May – Arrival and check-in after 4pm. Welcome introductions and social evening.

Saturday 3rd May – Early morning start for Ben Nevis hike (7am). Evening workshop and group reflection.

Sunday 4th May – Breakfast and closing session. Departure by 11am.
