I'm a client, do I get any perks from attending?

Of course! You should have received an exclusive client only discount code to your inbox, but please email your Lead Advisor if this isn't the case. We are also hosting an exclusive lunch just before the main event for clients only, keep an eye on your inbox for your invite coming soon!

What time does the event start?

Doors open from 1pm, where we'll be serving snacks and refreshments. Please aim to arrive by 1.45pm at the latest.

What are the transportation options?

The closest Underground station is Bank which is a 1 minute walk from The Banking Hall. Please be advised that car parking is limited around The Banking Hall, with the closest car park being NCP London Vintry Thames Exchange.

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket for BenchPress includes access to the whole event, including guest speakers, keynote sessions and networking opportunities. We'll also be serving drinks and snacks throughout plus food bowls and an open bar.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

Only in special circumstances. Get in touch if you need a refund and let us know why, and if you'd like to transfer your ticket please bear in mind that the event is for senior leaders of £1m+ UK agencies so we are unlikely to accept a transfer outside of that audience.

Are you serving food and drinks?

We will offer refreshments and snacks on arrival, but please try to eat lunch before you get to the venue. We'll continue to offer snacks and drinks throughout the day, then early evening as the networking opens we'll be serving food bowls and also run an open bar.

Can I take photos or record videos at the event?

Of course! However, we ask that you do not take video footage of the on-stage content just in case it makes the panellists or speakers uncomfortable about speaking candidly.

How do I check in or register at the event?

When you arrive at the Banking Hall, you'll be asked for your QR code or name and we'll check you in.

Is there a ticket limit?

We strongly encourage a maximum of two attendees per agency attending. This allows a variety of different agencies to attend within our limited numbers. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this.

What shall I bring?

Nothing specific - we'll provide some pens and notebooks on the tables. You won't need your laptop either unless you'd like to make notes on it or check anything in the breaks.

When does the event finish?

Whilst the speakers for the day officially finish at 6pm, we encourage you to stay and network until 8pm. At this point, we have space reserved at a local bar to continue the party / networking! If you're working out your journey home but not sure about what time to head off, feel free to ask us.
