Who is this circle for?

Accepted Answer

This circle is for anyone who is carrying grief and is longing for community, connection, and a gentle space to be witnessed. You do not need to have the “right words” or a specific kind of loss. Your grief is welcome in whatever shape it takes.

How do I attend?

Once you register and secure your spot, you will receive a Zoom link via email to join the session. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) closer to the event.

Question 3

How much does the event cost?

This is a pay-what-you-can event with a minimum donation of £5 to honour the time and energy I dedicate as the facilitator. If you are able to contribute more, please feel free to do so—your support helps keep this space accessible for others.

Question 4

What happens if there aren't enough attendees?

Accepted Answer

A minimum of 3 participants is required for the event to go ahead. If this number is not reached, you will be notified and refunded.

Question 5

Is this space only for someone who has experienced a recent loss

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Grief is a broad and encompassing experience. It could be the death of a loved one, a significant life change, or the weight of collective grief we carry as a society. There is no time-scale on grief.  This space is for anyone experiencing grief in its many forms.

Will the session be recorded?

Accepted Answer

This session will not be recorded to maintain the privacy and sacredness of the space. It is a live, real-time experience.

What additonal support is available?

Accepted Answer

This is not a therapeutic or clinical space: self-responsibility is essential. You are invited to tune into your own needs & care for yourself throughout the session. That said, what rises for you is real, and it will be held with tenderness & respect. Suggestions for further 1:1 support available.
