How can mindfulness and meditation help you to manage both your physical and mental health. This will be delivered via a Dial In.

Civil Service Local are proud to bring you this event as part their 'Unity, Not Uniformity' Connect event.

This event will be a dial in and we will distribute the information to participants before the event.

Can simple mindfulness and meditation techniques, help you manage and even in improve your physical and mental health?

Find out how it has been shown to benefit a multitude of health conditions; including Heart Disease, Cholesterol, Chronic Pain, Etcetera, and how it has shown to support significant improvements in memory, concentration and overall mental health.

Who is it for? The event has something for everyone and is open to all staff.

How do I join? Those interested in attending are invited to join the event using their Gov.UK and then will be offered a ticket, if the event shows as sold out then they may join a waiting list for us to allocate should spaces become available or should we be able to host another event on that day. For anyone unable to attend we will take note of your details to inform you of any other sessions as soon as they are organised.
