Event description

Description

The Berkshire West Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) meets in public four times per year to discuss local health issues and to make decisions about local healthcare services. Members of the public are welcome to attend and observe the meetings.

The meeting agenda and board papers are published five days before each meeting in public.

If you wish to attend please confirm your attendance using this page, or telephone: 0118 982 2958.

If for any reason you are unable to register and wish to attend a meeting, please just come along on the day and we will be happy to welcome you.

If you have a question relating to a specific item on the agenda, please submit your question for the Governing Body to consider, ideally two working days before the meeting to: bwccg.enquiries@nhs.net or telephone 0118 982 2958. If questions are received after this time, a response may not be available at the meeting, but we will respond to you by email after the meeting has taken place. Please note questions are limited to a maximum of three per person.

Please note: from time to time, the governing body may need to consider agenda items which are confidential and cannot be discussed in public. If this is the case, a private session will be held at the meeting, from which the public will be excluded.
