BERLIN. Workshop: An Introduction to Islamic Geometric Design
Sat 19 November 2016, 09:30 – 16:30 CET
Learn how craftsmen in the Islamic world have, for centuries, been creating beautiful and complex geometric compositions. Using dozens of photos and illustrations from Islamic art and architecture, he will enable you to develop a profound understanding of how patterns were made.
No prior skill or experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity, your creative spirit, and some pencils and marker pens.

2. Drawing Session: Fourfold Patterns & Sixfold Patterns
4. Presentation: Contemporary Islamic Geometric Design
