This training event will provide tools and time to write small, medium or large grant bids looking at any aspect within the general remit of the British Ecological Society - be it macro- or micro-ecology! This event is open to any early/mid-career researchers including PhD students, postdocs and faculty members. We are very grateful to Prof Richard Bardgett (University of Manchester) and Prof Tim Benton (University of Leeds), Panel Members and recipeints of considerable Research Council funding, who will be available to provide advice and input for your bids.

The event will run from approx. 13:00 on Tuesday 16 January 2018 to 16:00 on Thursday 18 January. We are pleased to be holding the event at Abbey Home Farm – an award winning organic farm in Cirencester. The course is residential on the farm and all meals will be provided (fully organic of course!).

The cost is £300 per person (plus £19.19 fee) ***This price includes all meals and accommodation!***
