About this Event

Orchards

(Upstairs)

Things are most certainly on the up for Brighton-based alt-pop quartet ORCHARDS. For anyone who might be wondering why, there’s one word that seems oddly lacking in the description of many bands, but sticks to Orchards like glue: Fun. Charming, delirious, positive, big-beaming-grin-on-your-face bundles of fun.

Bessie Turner

(Downstairs)

A singer song writer based in East Anglia. Her style is an eclectic pastiche of her musical heroes; she if influenced as much by MIA as she is Dionne Warwick. Yet it is her own uniqueness – in both her personality as well as her music – that sets her apart as an artist and performer

Harvey Causon

(Downstairs)

Calm and understated, Bristol’s Harvey Causon is turning heads with his deft take on contemporary R&B, percussive electronica and powerful, brooding vocal that sounds far more world wearied than his 20 years. Harvey writes and produces his own tracks, as well as collaborating with producer and flatmate, Gabriel Gifford. The most recent collaboration 'Worn You' was playlisted by Radio 1 as the BBC Introducing Track of the Week and added to the Burberry and Radio 1 Spotify playlists.

Hank

(Upstairs)

HANK is a four-piece band based in Norwich, UK. A cathartic combination of alt-rock, grungy riffs and math-rock undertones, HANK plummet into the depths of personal chaos, love and anxiety. The debut EP Slopes was released in April 2018 and picked up support from the likes of BBC 6 Music, Zane Lowe, The Line of Best Fit, Fecking Bahamas and Niche Music. HANK went on to headline a sold out show at the prestigious Norwich Arts Centre just six months after.

Depression Baby

(Downstairs)

A 5 piece band from North London, tying their love of throwback pop with 00's guitar music. A humorous outlook of themseleves on social media, they take inspiration from nostalgic classic pop and late noughties indie, weaving a new wave of indie alt.

With dreamy vocals and guitar riff's they have a strong aesthetic of their band, especially on social media and their different album art, they are soon to be performing their first headline show in London at the Old Blue Last.

200 + Acts spread over 18 Venues
