Bettakultcha York
Event Information
Description
On Wednesday 28th March, Bettakultcha leaves West Yorkshire for the first time and hits York!
We'll be bringing the same fun, informal, informative, enlightening, frightening, obscure, intriguing Bettakultcha phenomenon to York which we've previously brought to Leeds, Bradford and Huddersfield. We'd love you to join us.
What the hell is Bettakultcha?
That's a great question. It's essentially a night of presentations but with a twist. Each presenters only has 5 minutes and 20 slides to talk with passion and any subject they choose and the great part is there are no pitches allowed.
Still not sure? Take a look at some of the previous talks we've had on the Bettakultcha website.
Do you have a passion?
Want to present? We're always looking for speakers, if you have a passion you want to share please contact us
Format is as always:
- 20 slides
- 15 seconds each
- 5 mins to present your passion
- NO PITCHES
BTW, we're going to be really strict on pitches. Anyone considered pitching will be stopped while they present!
DOH!
Google maps hasn't quite kept up with developments at York University. To find the Ron Cook Hub take a look at the University Map instead
We're totally independent
Bettakultcha has NO sponsors, we aren't affiliated to any other groups or organisations. And that's the way we like it!
