Jennifer and Diane have combined their skills to develop an innovative productivity and wellbeing technique called Better Balance. This has been specifically designed for employees, management and entrepreneurs who are working from home
This course offers practical tools and takeaways which will help you to maintain high levels of energy for your family and yourself to ensure balance and calm for all, while working in the home environment
Businesses have a duty of care to offer support for mental health and are also under increasing economic pressure to increase productivity and lead their teams to optimally perform
Jennifer and Diane come from a business background and understand the demands of business and combine this with the skills and knowledge they have in mental health, wellbeing, productivity and mindfulness coaching. Throughout the course you'll be helped to:
- To find time daily for your own self care to build your resilience and improve your relationships both in and outside of work
- We will share both the knowledge and the tools to help establish a daily routine that keeps the focus on work when at work, and to then switch off at the end of the day
- Help you to cut through the overwhelm and procrastination by sharing our prioritisation techniques and bringing discipline and focus to your work
- Help you to set boundaries of work and home life now that both share the same physical space and often at the same time
- Enable you to feel empowered around self-care, and shake off those feelings of guilt
-You will receive worksheets, exclusive recordings of meditations, and support materials that you can use time and time again. Techniques to embed into the everyday. Creating life changing habits around maintaining Better Balance beyond the workshop
