Better Working Futures - the Work and Health Programme – launched exactly one year ago. Since then, our team have started supporting local jobseekers to find and sustain work. The service is especially designed for jobseekers with health conditions or disabilities and people who are long-term unemployed.

We would love to present to you what we have been doing this year and share some stories of its impact.
