We are holding an event for adults with learning disabilities to understand their health needs and keep well.
This is a free event for adults living in Hertfordshire who have a learning disability or who supports someone with a learning disability.
We have an exciting line up of workshops and fun activities around keeping healthy for you to join in with. You will also be able to talk to our friendly nurses about health issues.
