Betting on Yourself Without Burning Yourself Out
Overview
Betting on Yourself Without Burning Yourself Out
Planning a Year Your Body Can Actually Sustain
January is full of pressure to reset, push harder and set bigger goals.
But if you live with a menstrual cycle, chronic health conditions, burnout or fluctuating energy, that approach often leads to one thing: exhaustion.
This free workshop offers a different way to bet on yourself; one that centres your body, your health and your real capacity.
Rather than asking “What more can I do?”, we’ll explore:
“What does my body need in order to sustain the life I want?”
What we’ll cover
In this 60–75 minute live workshop, you’ll learn how to:
- Reframe what “betting on yourself” really means when your health matters
- Plan around capacity, not just motivation or discipline
- Understand your body as information, not an obstacle
- Create supportive guardrails that protect your energy and wellbeing
- Redefine success in a way that is sustainable, flexible and compassionate
This is not about rigid routines, hustle culture or forcing consistency.
It’s about self-trust, sustainability and planning in a way your body can actually keep up with.
Who this workshop is for
This workshop is especially supportive if you:
- Feel exhausted by traditional goal-setting or productivity advice
- Live with a menstrual cycle, chronic illness, pain, fatigue or burnout
- Have tried to “push through” in the past and paid for it with your health
- Want to make progress without sacrificing your wellbeing
- Are curious about body-led or cycle-aware planning, without rigid rules
No prior knowledge of cycle tracking or coaching is needed.
What you’ll leave with
By the end of the session, you’ll have:
- A new definition of what it means to bet on yourself
- Practical reflection prompts you can return to throughout the year
- A clearer understanding of your capacity and personal red flags
- A gentler, more sustainable way to plan the months ahead
You’ll also receive access to the recording, making this a free resource you can revisit whenever you need it.
About your host
Katherine is a qualified Life and Wellbeing Coach, Menstrual Wellbeing specialist and lived-experience advocate.
After a 17-year diagnosis journey and multiple chronic health diagnoses including endometriosis, PCOS, PMDD, fibroids and adenomyosis, Katherine retrained as a coach to create the support she couldn’t find.
Her work sits at the intersection of menstrual wellbeing, productivity and self-trust — helping people build lives that work with their bodies, not against them.
A gentle note
This workshop is educational and reflective. It does not replace medical advice, and you’re always encouraged to listen to your own body and needs.
Cameras will not be required, and you are welcome to participate in a way that feels comfortable for you.
