What happens during the Q&A session?

This is a live, informal space where you're welcome to ask questions, reflect aloud, or simply listen. The facilitator (Darren) will respond to themes and inquiries as they arise, with care and philosophical grounding.

Do I have to participate, or can I just observe?

You're very welcome to observe quietly—there’s no pressure to speak. Many participants find it meaningful to simply listen, reflect, and take in the conversation.

Is the session recorded?

No. To encourage openness and trust, this Q&A is not recorded. It is a live and ephemeral gathering, shaped by whoever is present.

How do I join the live session?
