Between Us: “A Moment of Truth” | Informal Sharing & Emerging Writers

After our last session, we realised what truly matters is connection — with the story, its themes, and each other.

On October 26, we’ll continue to dive into scenes from Thaneer Thaneer and counting and cracking.
If there’s extra interest, we may also run additional Zoom sessions for those unable to attend in person.

Then, join us on November 23 for a charity event— an evening of emerging voices and open sharing. All proceeds for charity most to support those affected by the war in Gaza.

Stay tuned for updates.

What’s Happening

  • Informal sharing: Bring poems, short stories, or even those crumpled-up-under-the-pillow pieces.
First-time sharers are warmly encouraged to join.
  • Explore a new scene by Mohammed Bilal Gaj (TBC) and meet other fresh voices in the writing community.
  • November 23 continued for Gaza– Emerging Writers Night TBA

What to Expect

  • A small, intimate, and safe space for sharing, listening, and meaningful discussion.
  • The chance to connect with other participants and an emerging writer.
  • Come for the words, stay for the company — and maybe leave inspired.
