IMPORTANT NOTICE: Concert postponed

We have rescheduled this concert due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are hoping that restrictions on public gatherings will have been lifted by September, so this is when the concert will now take place. If restrictions are still in place nearer the time, we will cancel the concert and let all ticket-holders know.

All existing tickets remain valid for the new date and time (Sunday 6th September, 4:30pm). If you can't make the new date, you have the option of requesting a refund if you wish.

If the situation doesn't improve by mid-August, we'll take the decision to cancel the concert - if we get to that point, all ticket-holders will get a full refund. Because of this, we'd like to reassure you that it's fine to buy tickets to the show if you'd like to come - if it doesn't go ahead, you will receive a full refund, so you're not risking anything by buying tickets now!

There's no music like show music!

The music of the musicals has everything - passion, comedy, drama, entertainment... you name it, it's in a show. Couple that with the raw energy of over 200 singers giving it their all in the iconic surroundings of Nottingham's Albert Hall, and you've got a night you won't forget.

We have everything from the "golden oldies" of Rodgers & Hammerstein, through the big hits of the 80s such as "Cats", "Miss Saigon" and "Les Miserables", to more modern successes such as "Wicked" and "Waitress" - all in specially-written arrangements that bring iconic songs to life in new and vibrant ways. You'll laugh, you'll cry - and above all, you'll be entertained.

FAQs

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

When you place an order, you will be emailed a ticket. You will need to either print this and bring it with you, or use the Eventbrite app on your mobile device to show us your ticket.

What are my parking options near the venue?

The Albert Hall does not have its own parking, but there are large public car parks within 5 minutes walk - try Mount Street or Talbot Street. This link has more details. There is also some on-street parking very close to the venue, which is metered.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, it's fine to buy a ticket in your name and then give it to someone else.

How old does a child need to be to get the discounted children's tickets?

Children aged 14 and under can use the children's tickets, which are half the price of adult tickets. Babes in arms, who do not need a seat, will not need a ticket at all.

Why have you sent me a VAT invoice?

As we are a VAT registered business, we are required to make VAT invoices available to all our customers. It's easier for us to send these to you along with your tickets, rather than doing them on demand for people who need them. You only need pay attention to this invoice if you are buying your ticket as a VAT registered business and intend to claim the VAT back - otherwise, you can safely ignore it!

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Use the "Contact the Organiser" button on the right of this page.

What's the refund policy?

We will refund tickets up to 30 days before the event. After this, no refunds will be given.
