Dr Nirja Joshi aka Doctor Dancing and The Creative Clinic are hosting an online dance workshop in the theme of Beyonce!

We know that dance is so beneficial for the body and mind, and we want to open up an opporunity for you to move your bodies without judgement with us online.

You do not have to have any prior experience - and left and rights truly dont matter as you will be in your own home.

Dancing is a mindful activity which can get you away from your everyday routine - just bring yourselfves!

It is open to all healthcare workers.
