Programme outline

This series of workshops, taking place across 2 days online, have been designed to support managers, project leaders and freelancers within the arts, culture and heritage sector to build and solidify their confidence in neuro-inclusion for teams, audiences and projects.

The workshops will facilitate a safe and supportive space, allowing you to explore wellbeing and neuro-inclusion through an experiential lens. The workshops will further give you space to understand key issues like the neurodiversity paradigm, burnout, fatigue, sensory experiencing and executive function at a deeper level. We hope you will leave with an understanding for yourself and others more compassionately, equipped with ready to implement tools and templates for workforce wellbeing, considering adjustments for audiences, and approaching brave conversations at a strategic level. Space will be built in to reflect on the challenges linked to approaches to audiences, workforce and advocating at a higher level.

Each workshop will include an online co-working space will give you time to consider your own specific projects or practice, get support, and progress your specific organisational or professional priorities for neuro-inclusion. There will also be separate decompression spaces available during all sessions.
