Yes, all are welcome, regardless of whether you have practiced breathing techniques or meditation before.

Do I need a yoga mat or anything else to join?

Accepted Answer

Just a cheerful smile and 100% participation is needed. You can do it from the comfort of your chair, yoga mat is not needed.
