Since becoming Headteacher in 2016, she has successfully guided LPW School from ‘Requires Improvement’ to its current Outstanding Ofsted rating across all areas.Highly experienced in SEND strategy, inclusion, and curriculum development, Nicola is passionate about embedding trauma-informed approaches that prioritise emotional safety, equity, and learner wellbeing.

Kimberley Fuller, MA, BA (Hons), AdvDip — Director, Sisu Therapeutic Services Kimberley is a respected psychotherapist, trainer, and supervisor, specialising in trauma, identity, racialised experience, and therapeutic practice in educational settings. She holds a Master’s in Integrative Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy and Counselling, alongside advanced training in Art in Therapy, Education, and Clinical Supervision.Emotionally rich, anti-racist, and evidence-based in approach, Kimberley is a powerful speaker and facilitator with extensive experience supporting schools and professionals.
