Dear Sisters, you are warmly invited to gather for a very special, non-residential BEYOND MEDICINE retreat here in Glastonbury — the Sacred Isle of Avalon. I look forward to creating a very sacred container for you, small, intimate, and tender, for working on The Altar of Your Heart. Making space for grief, our longings, and disappointment to be fully MET and then absorbed, transformed, and transmuted. We will work consciously to invoke the light of joy and laughter through the power of song, riding our soul notes, harmonising through the voice, and journeying with the nectar of Sacred Cacao, Bobinsana, and Blue Lotus — to soften, to open, to allow, to trust our absolute feminine flow, to let go into the Great Mystery.

The Sister’s Journey

Working somatically and with frequency, the retreat is to engage with the tantric liquid light of your own activated sacred sensual life-force energy as your healing power and fountain of prosperity. We will open deeper into creative inspiration and into the safety of receiving love , exploring what love looks like, feels like, and truly is.

Together we will dream a new Earth for the children of the next seven generations and plant our seeds into the ethers of Avalon, known as the Heart Chakra of the planet, as a contribution to the growing light of peace. We will light a fire to pray with, make offerings, and ask forgiveness on behalf of humanity for its ignorance and genocides. We will hold this container to give birth to the Medicine Woman in you, the one who brings soothing, lives through the heart, listens deeply, and transforms sorrow into gold. The one who walks with the wind, heals with water, alchemises with fire, and uses her voice as a vessel of transmission.

In this retreat, we will make space to listen to each other’s hearts, to recalibrate, to be nourished and held, and to offer healing and blessings to one another. You will be invited to shamanically journey with Sacred Cacao, Bobinsana, and Blue Lotus — to return to stillness, feel the nectar of your heart, and give birth to your purpose. Together, we will create an exquisite mandala offering for everything we have ever prayed for, and lift a collective prayer for humanity, the Earth, and all beings in the six realms, in Avalon — the Heart of the World — to dream a vision for the next seven generations.

This retreat is open to all women of all ages. Mothers and daughters (14+) are warmly welcome.

The Sacred Work

Through song, movement, and the nectar of Sacred Cacao, Bobinsana, and Blue Lotus, we will:

• Open to feminine flow — sensual, instinctual, creative.
• Work somatically and energetically with sacred life force.
• Activate the voice as a vessel of transmission and blessing.
• Explore the true presence of love beyond false constructs.
• Pray around the fire, offering authentic contributions from our hearts.
• Dream a new Earth for the children of the next seven generations.

10:00 am: Opening Harmonisation & Sharing Circle: clearing grief, songs of healing

1:00 – 2:00 pm: Lunch & connection

2:00 – 5:00 pm: Gathering prayers, creating an activated mandala, offerings to the fire

5:00 – 6:00 pm: Rest, sauna, hot tub, or walk

6:00 pm: Supper

7:00 – 9:30 pm: Cacao Ceremony & Shamanic Journey

Sunday 16th November

10:00 am – 12:00 pm: Discourse: Healing sister wounds & opening the heart

12:00 – 1:30 pm: Etheric Activation: womb & voice connection, somatic bodywork, healings

2:30 – 5:00 pm: Completion & Water Blessing Ceremony

What Is Beyond Medicine?

Beyond Medicine is deepening and consciously opening to the high vibrations, electric fire of your Soul’s Light, and anchoring in this connection beyond mind in a most natural way. The core purpose of the Master Plant Teachers on the Medicine Path is to help you recalibrate to the light of the Eternal Self, to come into Presence and to meet the pain, suffering, and conditioned imprints inherited through generational trauma and shadows of the bloodlines.

The Master Plants have played a very important role in fast-tracking awakening and bringing deep healing to so many families. However, it’s not sustainable to do this work regularly, and many of you have been craving the level of sacredness and heart connection and joy that comes from journeying deeply. Beyond Medicine is establishing yourself in the primordial wisdom, stainless purity of your Dharmakaya Nature that is already healed and whole, and to connect in song and BE together in this way.

This Beyond Medicine Practice supports you to work with the ALTAR OF THE BODY AS THE TEMPLE - to open and activate the inner winds and channels through the power of the voice, through singing, chanting, praising the Most High in all paths. To open to the frequency of your Solar Angel, to use invocation to repair disturbances and blockages in your energy field, and to activate the alignment of the Heart—going beyond left-brain ego-mind structures that confine and keep us from Liberation and the Highest Bliss.
