About this event

Securing sustainable funding - and repeat donors - is a constant challenge. Nonprofits and businesses for good need to articulate their value proposition and demonstrate results to funders and to donors, in order to keep funding and operations going. This workshop focuses on measuring if our fundraising efforts are paying off, by looking at the return on investment (ROI) and key metrics for donor retention. Specifically, we will be focusing on:

Calculating the cost of fundraising and return on investment (ROI).
Key metrics for donor retention and churn.
Strategies for increasing donor lifetime value.
Using feedback surveys to understand donor motivations and satisfaction.
Introduction to A/B testing for fundraising appeals (e.g., email subject lines).
