Beyond the Basics: Personal Injury and Court Reforms

On Tuesday, 15 November, Gordon Dalyell of Digby Brown LLP and Andrew Constable of Clyde & Co will guide members through their top 10 tips for dealing with personal injury cases in light of the recent court reforms.
Gordon Dalyell joined Digby Brown in 1998, qualified as a Solicitor Advocate in 2003, and heads up the Network Department. He has wide experience in dealing with many areas of personal injury, including accidents at work, road traffic accidents, general accidents claims, as well as fatal accident claims and claims for miscarriages of justice. He has been accredited as a specialist in Personal Injury Law by the Law Society of Scotland and is a senior litigator member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
Andrew Constable’s expertise extends to employer's and public liability claims, road traffic accidents and health and safety prosecutions. He has significant experience of high value litigation including brain injury claims. He has been accredited by The Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in personal injury law since 2007.
The event is kindly hosted by Society of Solicitors in Supreme Courts in their member lounge, Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RF with registration from 5.30pm and the seminar commencing at6pm sharp. The seminar will be followed by a Q&A session and time for networking. The seminar may count for 1 hour CPD.
