This is the first workshop of The Beyond Impact Booster Programme is tailored for established social enterprises and social economy organisations (operating 5+ years or seeking to scale). Delivered by Harlaxton College in partnership with South Kesteven District Council and funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
The workshop is available to residents and social economy organisations based in South Kesteven, or social economy organisations based outside the district and operating in the district for the benefit of the community of South Kesteven District.
It builds on our Impact Booster programme, where you'll learn how to take your business to the next level through the exploration of adaptive business models operating in a complex environment. You will be guided through advanced strategies to help your social economy organisation thrive and make a real impact.
