Practice Environment: A Mirror of Your Culture
When was the last time we updated our patient journey from first contact to final follow-up – and does it still reflect what today’s patients expect?.
If a new associate or team member joined today, would our practice feel modern, dynamic, and values-driven – or tired, disjointed, and unclear.
If someone took a photo of you and your nurse working together today, what would it reveal about your posture, teamwork, and long-term health?
The culture of your practice isn’t what’s written on the wall – it’s what shows up in every conversation, every decision, and every patient interaction. When did you last ask: “Do our values show up in what we actually do?” Would your team give the same answer if asked what your practice stands for?
