Beyond the Dataset: Engaging People, Powering Change.
Overview
Beyond the Dataset: Engaging People, Powering Change.
Our next Annual scientific meeting is being held on Friday 24th April 2026 at at the Fielder Centre, University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield and the theme for PRS 2026 is “Beyond the Dataset: Engaging People, Powering Change."
Hosted by the Physiotherapy Research Society and the University of Hertfordshire, this year’s conference celebrates innovation in allied health research and practice.
Moving beyond the dataset means harnessing evidence not just to understand healthcare challenges, but to drive real change — in clinical practice, patient experience, and policy.
This year, we’ll explore how emerging tools such as artificial intelligence, patient and public involvement (PPI), and collaborations with stakeholders and commissioners can transform research into impact. Join us as we share new insights, inspire cross-disciplinary learning, and showcase how allied health professionals are leading the way in shaping the future of healthcare.
Our conference provides a platform for both novice and experienced academics, clinicians and researchers to share their findings across a wide range of Allied Health topics and provides an opportunity for networking to allow the development of valuable national and international links.
Please sign up to our alerts and social media to be kept up to date with all the latest news about the conference and abstract submission, and we hope you can join us at Hertfordshire in April.
