This workshop (worth 4 CPD hours) focuses on the administration, policies and procedures, and external recognition of RAD examinations.
The purpose of this workshop is to explore some of the non-syllabus issues related to RAD Examinations, of which teachers have a professional duty to be aware, and which will be of practical benefit to them in their teaching and in running their businesses.
By the end of the course, participants will:
have increased their knowledge and understanding of a range of non-syllabus issues related to RAD examinations
have been provided with information which will be of practical benefit in the preparation of candidates for examinations
have been provided with information which will help the smooth and efficient running of examination sessions
be able to offer relevant and helpful advice to pupils about the meaning, standards and uses of the qualifications they are awarded.
