Beyond the Farm Gate

Welcome to the second 'Beyond the Farm Gate' Event as part of a Winter event series coordinated by Business Information Point in partnership with The Apricot Centre and funded by South Hams and West Devon councils.

In this 4 part event series we hope to showcase the behind the scenes of local farms and food producers.

This event will be kindly hosted by Chagford CSA at Stiniel Down in Chagford. Please note this venue can be hard to find, so please use what3words hedge.blush.shaped.

• 10.00am - Arrival
• 10:30am - Talk by Ed (business co-owner) about developing their business over the last 10+ years and their Community Supported Agriculture model
• 12:00pm - Lunch
• 12:30pm - Farm walk and tour of the crop rotations, forestry and charcoal business
• 2:00pm - Event finishes

The event is open to farmers and landowners and is free of charge with lunch included.

Please dress appropriately and wrap up warm for this event as it might be cold!
