Hello and welcome to Savoir Fayre Nutrition
My name is Sandrine Olmi, AKA the Relaxed Nutritionist.
I'm the mum of an AuDHD daughter and I understand the potential challenges around feeding children with sensitivities around food.
I specialise in supporting women, particularly those with neurodivergent children, to improve their family’s health and well-being through personalised nutrition. My approach focuses on simple, effective nutrition strategies that address digestive discomfort, hormone imbalance, anxiety and mood disorders. I believe in empowering you with the knowledge and tools that can help you feel at your best without strict rules or restrictions, focusing on what works for their unique needs and lifestyles.
In my practice, I combine the latest in nutritional science (including Nutrigenomics) with eating psychology to create nourishing, sustainable solutions. I'm passionate about supporting parents of SEND children, showing them how nutrition can transform their child’s behaviour and overall health without the food fights or stress.
I'm is a graduate of the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), the regulatory body for Nutritional Therapists. I'm also on the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) register. Additionally, I trained as a Certified Mind, Body, Eating Coach at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, the world’s leading school in Nutritional Psychology.
