Beyond the food fight: A new approach to nourish and support your neurodivergent child

As a parent of a neurodivergent child, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to deal with anxiety, meltdowns, food refusal, and challenging behaviour. For years, I fought a constant battle. So I started researching and trialing various things. I was desparate to get some sleep, some quiet time and ultimately to bring peace in my home again.

I created this free workshop, "Beyond the Food Fight," for parents just like you—exhausted, overwhelmed, and looking for a fresh, simple approach to help your child thrive. In this workshop, I’ll be sharing my personal story and the turning points that helped me finally discover a solution: the powerful connection between nutrition and behaviour. And this is not nutrition as you know it. I will be sharing the most up-to-date scientific insights on how to support and nourish your child's brain.

What you’ll learn:

  • How food and specific nutrients impact your child’s brain and nervous system, and how they can help calm anxiety and improve behaviour
  • Simple, practical strategies that won’t force your child to eat foods they refuse, but still make a big difference in their well-being
  • How I used nutrigenomics (the study of our genes and nutrition) to uncover the nutrient deficiencies causing many of my child’s struggles
  • Easy steps you can start using today to reduce the stress around mealtimes, support your child’s emotional health, and create a calmer home

If you feel like you’ve tried everything and still aren’t seeing the results you need, this workshop is for you. I’ll be sharing what finally worked for us, and I’m here to show you how simple changes or additions can make a real difference in both your child’s behaviour and your family’s well-being.

Come join me, and let’s talk about how precision nutrition can transform your life. No more food fights—just your next step to move a little bit forward towards a calmer and happier home.

Feedback from previous participants:

"Thanks so much for a wonderful presentation. I thought it was very informative and has made me think a lot about my daughter’s diet currently. I will definitely be considering the testing. Thank you for such a fab informative hour! "

"I attended Sandrine's talk on nutrition. It was incredibly informative and has opened my eyes to some obvious deficiencies in my son's diet. She gave helpful hints for small changes we could all make to improve diet and the science behind testing. It's something we will take forward to try to improve our son's life."

"Sandrine's insight into supporting neurodivergent children and their families was incredible. It is the perfect balance of showing the science and studies without it being too "sciency" and she shares what works in a busy family life in a non judgemental and relaxed way."
