Each class is rooted in the fundamentals of Pilates, focusing on breath, precision, and core control to leave you feeling centred, strong, and spacious. Whether you're new or experienced to Pilates, Maia’s thoughtful guidance will help you move with intention and awareness.

We are offering a tiered donation system to ensure that everyone can participate, regardless of financial circumstances. The different donation levels are designed to provide flexibility and make the class accessible to as many people as possible:
£10 Donation: For those who are able, this helps support the ongoing cost of running the classes and ensures we can continue offering this mindful movement practice.
£7.50 Donation: A mid-tier option for those who would like to contribute a little less while still supporting BTM.
£5 Donation: A lower donation level to help keep the class accessible for all.
Free: If finances are a barrier for you, please don’t hesitate to join the class at no cost. We want everyone to have the opportunity to benefit from Pilates, regardless of their financial situation.
Hopefully this tiered approach will allow us to be inclusive while supporting those who need it most.
