Business issues are becoming more and more complex with traditional interventions not cutting the mustard! To deal with these complex issues we need to engage the diversity and wisdom of crowds. In this session we will explore Open Space Technology through a practical application. Keeping it hands on everyone will have an opportunity to present a tool they would like to share & explore in small groups under the theme "Tools that work for me." In advance please think of a tool you would like to share & explore during this open space. Hint: what works best is applying a tool within a case study.
