About this workshop
Being a Virtual Assistant is about so much more than ticking tasks off a list. You juggle multiple clients, personalities, and expectations, often all at once. The real challenge isn’t just the workload, but the conversations, boundaries, and relationships that shape your day-to-day experience.
This in-person workshop, run by Culturevators and facilitated by Laura Gane, is designed to help VAs like you build stronger, smarter client relationships. Using the Emotional Culture Deck, you’ll explore practical tools to make the emotional side of client work less stressful and more rewarding.
What you’ll learn and do
- Map out how you want your clients to feel (and not feel) when working with you.
- Identify enablers and blockers that make client relationships easier — or harder.
- Create a journey map of key client touchpoints and design small changes that have a big impact.
- Build confidence for tricky conversations, from setting boundaries to handling pushback.
- Leave with personalised actions and rituals you can apply immediately in your VA practice.
Why join us?
- Connect with other VAs who understand the same challenges you face.
- Step back from the “doing” and focus on the relationships that fuel your success.
- Gain clarity, confidence, and tools that support you across all your client work — no matter how many hats you wear.
Who is this for?
This workshop is designed for VAs at any stage who work with multiple clients or stakeholders. Whether you’re new to VA life or experienced and ready to refine your approach, you’ll leave with practical strategies that make your work feel more aligned and less overwhelming.
